Launch planning

A fast build starts with a ready brief.

My standard one-page and five-page packages take under 24 hours once the scope, content, and access are ready. Preparation makes that promise practical.

One-time website payment. Free hosting included. Renew your domain annually.

The practical answer

The clock starts after I confirm the scope and have the required content and access. The $500 Complete Website takes two days; custom work has its own timeline.

Agree what the website needs to do

Start with the business name, the people you serve, the offer or services, and the main action you want a visitor to take. Decide whether the project needs one page, five pages, or a larger agreed scope.

List special requirements early. A payment flow, customer account, booking system, or data migration can change the work involved. A fast standard build is based on an agreed website scope, not an open-ended feature list.

Put your content in one place

  • Final business name, logo, and preferred contact details.
  • Service descriptions, offer details, and any prices you want displayed.
  • About information that accurately describes your business.
  • Images you own or have permission to publish.
  • Genuine project examples or testimonials you are allowed to use.
  • Required terms and any business information that must appear.

Label each photograph and tell me where it belongs. Mark any draft text clearly. When the brief contains several conflicting versions of a price or contact number, I need to resolve that before publishing.

Confirm access without sharing it publicly

Tell me who manages the domain and where the site will be hosted. If the domain already points to an existing website, explain what should happen to that site at launch. Domain configuration and any existing services need to be considered together.

I can agree the access needed directly. Do not place passwords in public documents or screenshots. If an outside provider needs to approve a change, allow for that dependency when planning the launch.

Choose one person to coordinate feedback

Give the reviewer time to check business details, service descriptions, photographs, links, and mobile layouts. Collect the feedback in one list so that contradictory requests can be resolved together.

A quick delivery still needs your review. New pages, a different business direction, or features introduced during the review can require a revised scope. Raise those changes as soon as you know about them.

Send a complete brief

Use my website content checklist to organise the files. You can also compare all website packages before sending your preferred option.

Landing Page ($200), Business Website ($300), and Website + CMS ($400) take under 24 hours once ready. Complete Website ($500) takes two days. Website payment is 100% after completion, free hosting is included, and your domain renews annually.

Let's plan your website

Put this into practice.

Send me your business details and what you need. I can agree the pages, features, and delivery scope before you choose a package.
